About AWN Kenya

Building Self-Sufficient

Icons of Success

The Asian Women Network is a commitment to the unseen woman. With decades of experience in building sustainable and profitable businesses, and the vast expertise of our committed directors across multiple fields, we have come together with one shared dream: to help redefine the role of Asian women in Kenya's economy.

Who We Are

We strive to be a not-for-profit, non-religious, and non-political organization managed by Asian women volunteers in service to the wider community. Our focus is to build like-minded ladies' networks, create opportunities for meaningful engagements, provide platforms for female entrepreneurs to flourish, establish knowledge and career development services, support think tanks for women empowerment, and make a lasting difference in society.

Vision

Inclusive Economic Leadership

An inclusive Kenyan economy where Asian women, regardless of their starting point, are recognized as ethical business leaders, innovators, and mentors driving sustainable growth within their communities and beyond.

Mission

Empowerment Through Opportunity

The Asian Women Network (AWN) in Kenya exists to empower Asian women, particularly those at the lower income end of the spectrum, to thrive as self-sufficient business owners, confident leaders, and responsible contributors to society.
